“Our father was a patient at Coventry Court, recovering from a knee replacement. He also had dementia, which made his stay and rehab more complicated. We would like to take this time to express our deep appreciation of the professionalism, along with a great attitude, that we witnessed of all employees from Coventry Court. It didn’t matter who we asked, or what we wanted, everyone was willing to stop what they were doing to assist us.

Because of our father’s dementia, he was unable to communicate. The care and compassion these individuals displayed, and the fact they took the time to understand our father, did not go unnoticed. His last few weeks of walking and getting around would not have been possible if not for the outstanding care he received while at Coventry Court. Thank you to each and every one of you for the wonderful work you do.”

“I want to thank you for a wonderful experience I had at Coventry Court Care Center. I had to place my mother-in-law for skilled care. She was not happy about not coming back to my home but I know she is not safe there. I can’t overstate the pride I had when my in-laws said “Wow this is a nice place, this is better than the hospital.” The real thank you is for you and the commitment to your facilities and for the care you provide! Also, thank you for the great staff at Coventry Court. The administrator, DON, as well as all of the nurses and staff that immediately met my mother-in-law. Thank you, Thank you, and Thank you!”

“I want to thank you for the wonderful experience I had at Coventry Court Health Center. Everyone is very nice and knowledgeable. All the physical and occupational therapists are great. If I ever need skilled nursing, I hope to be able to stay at Coventry. LVNs and the CNAs were professional and friendly. Particularly two of the CNAs always had a big smile from when they started work until their shift ends. There’s another CNA who always comes to each room to introduce herself when she start her shift. The physical and occupational therapists are awesome. All supervisors in each departments were great. You will not be disappointed. ”

“I recently spent 2 weeks here after having a total hip replacement. I am 52 years old and an RN and was expecting to be put in a “nursing home”. From the moment I was admitted the staff proved to be professional and organized. The director of nursing was there to make sure I was admitted and comfortable. The only thing I wish was that they had my pain medication faster as this came from an outside pharmacy and it took 7 hours to get there.

The facility is gorgeous, clean, and odor free which is hard to do in most facilities. The CNA’s work their butts off but are always there if you put your call light on. The PT/OT staff are great and work with you 7 days a week. Food, well I didn’t expect it to be good but you do have choices. Just bring your own bottle of water if you don’t like tap water. I will be getting my right hip done soon and will be going back their again for rehab. Thanks to all the staff for my recovery and being so nice.”

“This facility is beautiful! Looks like a high-end hotel! Newly remodeled with a great nursing staff. Everyone I have visited here has no complaints! Five-star rating from Medicare and it shows. You will not have a hard time convincing a loved one to recover there…although they may want to stay longer.”

My wife just came home from nearly 3 weeks at Coventry. I write this review to give others an opportunity to take a look. A few years back, she was in a different facility that was recommended by the doctor. This time, we solicited other opinions and eventually found Coventry. From the time we walked in and was given a tour by the admissions coordinator we knew there was a major difference between the two operations.

The staff the administrator has put together, nursing, attendants, physical therapists for sure, and all the day-to-day people that took care of her were great. Attitude was excellent, smiling, and trying to be of help was the cornerstone.Their discharge planning process was something we had not seen before and was a great place to disseminate all the information that we needed.

Food was excellent, clean, and oder free. Not a great place for vacation but a fine place to get well. She and I, thank you all.

I spent two months at Coventry Court recuperating from a broken right wrist and a broken left shoulder. The physical and occupational therapists are excellent. They went out of their way to be sure I was ready to go home and live alone. The dietician and the kitchen help worked to make sure my dietary needs were met. The LVNs and the CNAs were professional and friendly as well. You will not be disappointed if you place a loved one at Coventry Court.
